After updating to Firefox 3.0.1, I couldn't load any page. It showed me that Firefox couldn't have loaded the web page. My internet connection was right, and Interet Explorer was working fine. I decided to restart but then Firefox didn't even open. I uninstall it, reinstall Firefox 3.0, and now the browser is working as usual.
This should be a bug in Firefox 3.0.1
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update to Firefox 3.0.1
2.Load a page
3.Restart and try to open firefox.
Actual Results:

You have the word "crash" in the summary and set as keyword but you don't talk about a crash in your description or do you mean with "didn't even open" a crash ?
Did you run Firefox in the safemode ?
Which Firewall Do you use and did you make sure that the Firewall is ok with a changed Firefox.exe ?

Yeah, I mean crash that it didn't work and that after I update it, Firefox didn't open.
No I didn't run it in the safemode
Firewall: Eset Smart Security's Firewall
Windows Xp Firewall
If there is any change, ESET would have warned me but it didn't.

The safemode is the first thing that you should try if you have a problem with Firefox.
see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
Please try to upgrade again.
If you crash try the safemode, if the internet doesn't work remove the firefox entry from the Firewall configuration and let the firewall add it again in the firefox safemmode.
