44600 - [Regression]Account level:BIFF icon should not be green diamond

Linux (2000-07-05-08 M17)
Win32 (2000-07-05-09 M17)
Mac (2000-07-05-11 M17)
1. Enable Biff, Edit Mail/News Account Settings 
   Server (mail server) 
   Check the option that says "Check for new mail every 1 min" 
   Click on OK. 
2. Click on Get message and mark all messages read
3. From another machine, send a message to this (imap) account
4. Wait for 1 minute

Actual result: BIFF appears in the Account level with a green diamond.

Expected result: should be a downward arrow icon, same as that of the taskbar

This occurs in POP and IMAP account.

why is this a regression?  We never had an icon in the account level before 
Gayatri just checked in.

cc'ing jglick just to make sure we have this icon.  I can't remember if we had a 
new one for this or we just chose to use the green diamond.

Green DIAMONDS for BIFF should all be replaced with Green ARROW icons. 
Otherwise, we are using green diamond for biff AND unread.

Here is the Account Level icon with green arrow.

Scott, I think I saw a BIFF icon (downward arrow) in the account level when BIFF  
was initially checked in. (In the 2000-06-26-08 M17 win32 build)
