This is not a functional bug, but the fact that MOZILLA_DIR is being defined in rules.mk but used in config.mk is not ideal, as config.mk is supposed to be possibly included before rules.mk and I don't know a reason why MOZILLA_DIR couldn't be declared earlier (i.e. in config.mk itself).
