Instead, there is a text cursor at the version info. It is also impossible to close About window using space (Tab has to be used). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Help>About Mozilla Firefox 2. Observe the position of text cursor on the version information
This happens on lastest Firefox version 2 as well as 3.
"OK" dose have focus. The text cursor is on the text, but open the About, and press Enter (or Return). The About box closes, proving that "OK" has focus.
Suggest closing as INVALID.
Look at Thunderbird's About window. That is what I mean.
Are you talking about how the Version is highlighted? The "OK" still has focus.
As a side note, why is there a Cancel Button in Firefox and Thunderbird's about window? Cancel means exit without applying, while "OK" means exit with applying. Their is nothing to apply or change in the About window, so all that is needed is "OK".
This is a mass search for bugs which are in the Firefox General component, are UNCO, have not been changed for 500 days and have an unspecified version. Reporter, can you please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or later, create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and test again. If you still see the issue, please update this bug. If the issue is gone, please set the status to RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.
