Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1 In our case, Error occurs if a user has a network drive (such as H:) designated as the "saves File to" option, while the "Always ask me where to save" dialog box is selected, and the h: get disconnected. When going to save a file, the save box comes up, click save file, and nothing happens. Was fixed by going back and changing the default save path. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Map a network drive and use it for the "Saves file to" option. 2. Change download preference to "Always ask me where to save." 3. Disconnect network drive. 4. Go to a download site and try to download a File. 5. Save file. Box goes away, but download does not start. Actual Results: Download does not actually occur and am not asked where to save file. Expected Results: Should have been prompted where to save the file. Only extension used is Foxmarks. Everything else is default settings.
