Not sure exactly which group is responsible for this, but I've seen this happen on Mac and a similar result when the sidebar gets vertically cramped. Is it a Tree issue? A layout issue? Something else? Reassigning to XP Toolkit/Widgets.

This was fixed with the landing of the new tree code (post M16). Please reopen, though, if this can be reproduced in a current build. Thanks. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 28244 ***
