Attachment: updated the bootstrap config

Make a XULRunner release to match the Firefox 3.0.1 release

This patch updates the xr-moz19-bootstrap.cfg to match the pull date for Firefox 3.0.1

I noticed that the tag would be RELEASE_AUTOMATION_M10 instead of RELEASE_AUTOMATION_M9_1, I just wanted to make sure that is right.

Because of this weird rc2/rc3 thing we had to symlink rc2 linux/win builds in the rc3 candidates directory. I don't recall if you'll need to do this for xulrunner....given that you don't have updates or locales I think you'll be ok.

Publishing this to the ftp in xulrunner/releases/1.9.0.1/ will be filed separately ? Alas I didn't record any script in bug 439983.
