Do you have any anti-virus scanners? If so, which one?

Please use for example this utility to show the process that locks your file :
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
doesn't work! I still get the error that the file is in use. Even if I used unlocker :(

it only shows that it's locked by explorer.exe :-(
Firefox does a virus scan after the download. It calls of OS function that activates the default virus scanner.
Please type about:config, confirm the warning, enter "download" in the searchbar at the top and change "browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone" to false.
Now try it again...
now it works! thx!
sorry if I waste your time for a 'small problem'.
Anyway, keep up the good work with Firefox. BTW: This is the best Customer service I have ever seen!

Your downloads will be not scanned after the download if you disabled this.
You should notify the Antivirus developer about that problem with deleting the file.

Note that I've had the same problem with AVG Free 7.5 (presumably) holding on to the file with a file lock (had to reboot to get it to clear), which wasn't even a Firefox problem.
