The build/release team would like to start storing our utility scripts in Hg. I'd like to land the build farm password updating script there, for example.

Can we get the following new sub-repository setup please?

Can we get the require-single-head hook on this repository, too?

Done.  This should show up on the web in about 15 minutes.  Single head is required as well.
