This has been spun off from bug 441403 so that it can hopefully land quickly to improve the appearance of any filefields that will be used.
This patch: * Adds pulling of stylesheets to preferences.xul * Adds relevant css to modern and classic themes Carrying forward inherited sr from bug 441403
