To see this,
1)Load the page in the URL above.
2)Set Char Coding Auto-Detect to KO or a chaset other than JA.
3)Select the correct charset (JA [S_JIS]) from Char Coding| Multibyte menu.
==> The JA page is displayed in garbage.
Observed in Win32 070508-M17, Mac 070521-M17 and Linux 070608-M17 blds.

This web page is used Frame. Character coding override is not working in Frame.
http://babel/tests/browser/charoverride/framewchar1.html
has 2 non meta charset info pages.
When you set the Auto-detect to Korean and try to override the character coding
to shift-JIS, the Japanese characters in the frame are not displayed correctly.
