Example: Print item A from calendar 1 and item B from calendar 2. On the printed paper there are only the items A and B, but no note which calendar each item belongs to.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create at least two calendars
2. create at least one item in each calendar
3. mark at least one item from each calendar
4. print!
Actual Results:  
The marked items appear on the printout.

Expected Results:  
Each printed item should have an additional information about the calendar it belongs to.
