STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open attached testcase
2. TAB to the image
ACTUAL RESULT
focus ring appears, but does not change.
(we do update the active area internally though, so it's just a matter
of invalidating the image if it has focus)
EXPECTED RESULT
focus ring changes once a second or so (see Opera 9.51)
