When you right-click on a button/select/radio/checkbox form elements, the right-click is ignored and nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on any button or select or radio or checkbox
Actual Results:
Right-click is ignored and nothing happens.

Expected Results:
The regular page context menu should be shown the same way it is shown when you
right-click on an <input type='text'> or an <textarea>
field.
For buttons such as <input type="submit">, I'd like to see commands like "submit form in new tab" (bug 17754). Safari gets this surprisingly wrong, by the way.

For <select>, the expected behavior is to open the <select>, at least on Mac with Ctrl+click.

For checkboxes and radio buttons, I guess a normal page context menu would be reasonable.
