All localizers with cvs write access should get access to hg, with the appropriate group for l10n.
AFAICT, this implies having ldap accounts, not all localizers have that yet.

This is done. All accounts have been created.
The following users did not have an SSH key added in LDAP due to their accounts missing SSH keys for CVS (because of bug 433561 for most of them): amedcj@hotmail.com, basanta@mpp.org.np, bobchao@mail.moztw.org, cefrodrigues@mail.telepac.pt, prithisd@gmail.com, suso.baleato@xunta.es.
Let me know if there are any other issues.

Note that until bug 449469 is fixed, some localizers will not be able to use their new Hg accounts.
