Preferences window is too small to fit on the Tabs tab. Fonts and resolution are standard.
The text in ru.jar\locale\browser\preferences\tabs.dtd currently reading as "Предупреждать при открытии большого количества вкладок, так как это может замедлить работу %S" should be shortened to "Предупреждать при открытии большого количества вкладок, что может замедлить работу %S"
