We would do these nightlies as repacks of the nightly en-US build, using the same timestamp cutoffs. 

These nightlies should end up in http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-l10n. Do we want to also want to put the l10n repack into the equivalent dated directory ie "2008-08-08-05-mozilla-central".

fyi: the work being done on l10n.mozilla.org is creating langpacks, and leaving them on l10n.mozilla.org; it does not do repacks of en-US builds, and does not make bits available on ftp.m.o.
