Who needs to add those items? Your website? Sites can already replace browser context menus (see Google Docs for an example).
We want to be able to change the names of bookmarks saved in our system. We want to be able to right-click on a photo and print it. Neither of these options are there for us now in Firefox 3.0.

You can override the context menu like Google Docs does, or you can make it possible to do without right-clicking like del.icio.us does. > We want to be able to right-click on a photo and print it. That sounds a little trickier, since web pages are limited to window.print(). All we know is when we used IE we could change the names of folders and files in "favorites" by right-clicking and choosing "rename". And we could print a photo by right-clicking and selecting "print image". Those options are not offered when we right-click on Firefox and we are assuming they can be somehow added.
You can rename bookmarks by selecting "Properties" from the context menu. I don't see a need for a separate "Rename" command except that it might be easier for certain people to find. As for "print image", I see an old WONTFIXed SeaMonkey bug (bug 245732) but no Firefox bug.
