There are three changes in this patch:
1. Add subauth.h header include into extensions/auth/nsAuthSSPI.h to fix the undeclared compile errors.
2. Add limits.h header include into the modules/libpr0n/decoders/png/nsPNGDecoder.cpp to fix the compile errors.
3. Change Windows.h to windows.h in widget/src/windows/nsUXThemeData.h

Because these are all compiler related issues, so I ask build config team for review.

You need to get reviews from the appropriate module owners. In particular, the libpng code is an upstream library and we typically don't accept patches without them being landed upstream.

You also need to set review flags if you want something reviewed.
