Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en; rv:1.8.1.16) Gecko/20080803 Camino/1.6.3 (like Firefox/2.0.0.16)
Build Identifier: Lightning build 2008080922
I upgrade Lightning from 0.8 to 0.9pre, and it caused the ThunderBirthDay extension incompatible, therefore the calendar created by ThunderBirthDay is incompatible, too.
So every time I start Thunderbird, it will show an error message to complain the incompatible calendar. If I don't wish to see this (who wishes?), I must delete the incompatible calendar.
But Lightning hide the incompatible calendars, so I just can't delete it within the GUI.
Finally I delete it manually by SQLite command line, but I don't think it's a good choice and it's dangerous.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.In Calendar 0.8, Install some provider extension that didn't compatible with 0.9
2.Create a calendar by that provider
3.Upgrade Calendar to 0.9
Actual Results:
Calendar complains about the incompatible calendar every time it starts, and can't delete it from GUI
Expected Results:
Can delete the calendar from GUI

If Bug 439620 is fixed the calendar should be shown in the calendar list and can be removed.
