Create two new win32 VMs from win2k3sp2-vc8tools-ref-vm

fcal disks - at least 1GB of RAM -

fx-win32-1.9-slave08.build.mozilla.org

These are to replace qm-win2k3-01 and qm-win2k3-02 on the QA network which will be powered down Tuesday August 12 at 8:00 am.

We do need the 30GB drives (fcal) after all since builds will be too slow on ntfs

Please add a 30GB drive to each slave

Is it possible to shutdown fx-win32-1.9-slave08?  The datastore it is current on is running low on space.  I would like to move it to a different datastore before adding the 30 GB.

It is being migrated now.  I will add the extra 30 GB when it's done.
