Attached patch v1.0Splinter Review
Following the seamonkey status meeting on July 15'th 2008 it was suggested that we hide the Feed Discovery UI for our first/next alpha build.

The hiding would only be temporary and be pushed to code just before release and backed out just after (so nightly users are not hit by it, but our release does not confuse others).

Filing this bug as UNCO and requesting blocking pending discussion and vote in the Status Meeting on August 12'th 2008.

Requesting Neil's review early.

As per the meeting today, we'll take this in a way that it appears on the alpha only and not on nightlies, however that is done on hg.

assigning to Callek as he did the patch, though it's probably up to me as release engineer to apply it to the relbranch or whatever we call this in hg.
