When clicking to drop down a menu and then moving the pointer across the list of
available menus, the window jumps in and out of focus in a way that is visually
annoying.

braden@endoframe.com (Braden), when clicking what dropdown menu, within an HTML
page or in the chrome? what build do you see this behavior?
This is in the chrome. The particular build in question is 2000070920, but this
has been there for as long as I can remember.

OK< I thikn this is reported. will try to find the duplicate. the bug is
titled something like "titlebar inactive then active" or something like that.
