On Product Dashboard>Test Cases summaries are too long.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://landfill.bugzilla.org/testopia2/tr_show_product.cgi
2. Choose Product Dashboard
3. Choose Classifications>Unclassified>Product with no description>Test Cases.
Actual Results:
1. For test cases 121 and 122 the Summary is so long that it covers other information about those TCs.
Expected Results:
Summary limited for. ex. to 30 chars.

There is an issue with Firefox 3.01 and Extjs that causes the grids alignment to get all out of whack. Bug 430138 details this.
The summary is limited to 256 chars normally anyway.
