Information about how data is handled on the Mozilla servers are not answered for and should be accounted fast. 
People could start thinking the data they upload "in the cloud" is licensed with GPL or MPL for Mozilla licenses.

See also bug 445068 -- the "Help" page linked off of the sign-in dialog is also missing.

Should also be considered to add the privacy link and Terms of Service link to the about page or somewhere else to reread it. 
Had to go through the registration again to find the text.

I've noticed that the privacy policy (including info about data privacy) is located at chrome://weave/content/privacy.xhtml - should take a charmed minute for the webmaster to copy it to the location mentioned in the header of the bugreport.
Also, does weave even link to chrome://weave/content/privacy.xhtml?

The problem is the link is wrong.  It should be:

http://labs.mozilla.com/projects/weave/privacy/

(no .html)

We will amend the terms of service to link to the correct place.

The old copies of the privacy policy and terms of service have been removed, and the wizard now links to the labs site where they are hosted.
