Details

log4moz seems like a widely adopted JS module for logging, which extensions are already using and duplicating everywhere. I think it should just be part of the Thunderbird platform at least -- I think it makes sense in Seamonkey & Gecko overall, but in case that doesn't happen, we should still include it in Thunderbird. As such, I'm not sure this bug is filed in the right place, but...
Depends on: Log.jsm
We'd be asking for a lot of trouble in the long run, when toolkit decides it wants logging after all... Though hopefully bug 451283 would be accepted though!

I don't recall what bug handled it, but we did that. It's in /mailnews/db/gloda/modules/log4moz.js
