Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070206 Firefox/3.0.1 ID:2008070206

STR:

1. Login to www.aeroplan.com
2. Select 'Your profile'
3. Modify your address and click update

Website returns with an error message "Oops! There were 2 problems on this form!".

Same data submits correctly in Firefox 2 and Safari.

As an extra bonus there are no scrollbars on aeroplan.com though they do show up in Fx2 and Safari.
The scrollbar issue is due this:
<meta content="no" http-equiv="MSThemeCompatible">
That is bug 420363.

Can't help with the other issue.
I can confirm both issues. A work around for the missing scroll bars is to scroll with the scroller on your mouse, if your mouse has one - not elegant but its something.

Have you attempted to report the issues to Aeroplan?
The Agent ID for the version of Firefox I tested with:

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-GB; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4
Related to this issue something odd is going on in the profile page in Firefox, even affecting Firefox 3.1, but not Safari 4 beta:

Basically the last digit of the member number is being pre-populated into the last field of the fax number. If I try removing it, it is promptly refilled. I cleared all my cookies and opted not to save my cookies, but this made no difference. On the other hand removing the saved passwords for the site resolved that particular issue.
Severity: normal → S3
