I don't see why it can't be removed.  The window title should be taken care of 
in XUL (EdImageMap.xul).  GO.

Putting on [nsbeta2-] radar. Not critical to beta2.  Adding "nsbeta3" keyword 
for consideration of a fix for that milestone.

the EditInitPage & EditorInitPagePlain are for debug purposes only and should 
not be in the installer and therefore do not need to be localized. The 
EdImageMap title can be blanked (which Kathy will do during nsbeta3), so there 
will not be a localize issue.

The hard-coded title has been removed from EdImageMapPage.html.
The other documents shouldn't need to be moved/changed since they are not part of 
the installer.

Resolve as fixed.
