It would be nice to allow to answer by using the context menu, if the invitation has the state unanswered.

It seems nice in theory, but I'm having trouble imagining how this will work...

Is this CSS for the organizer's calendar or the attendee's calendar or both?  Will this reflect the status of the event in general, or the status of the attendee?  What if there are multiple attendees with different statuses?

The css should affect the appearance of the attendee's calendar only, in case it's a real invitation, i.e. you're in the attendees list and not the organizer. Other attendees' status don't matter.
