We want to add Mictosoft Livemail to a bunch of locales, Axel will create a patch for that. En-US is bug 444399.

I have collected a list of locales that want this.

Axel, when we're going to do this, should we mass-land the change ourselves or let the localizers do it? In the first case there's a risk of creating a new head if someone forgets to do 'hg up' (and if they work alone in their repo, it's likely they don't use 'hg up' much). In the latter case, we add more work for the localizers and some locales might not be able to make it on time. What's your take?

FYI: this has zero chances of landing for beta3, as bug 444399 is still waiting for fixes in Hotmail. RC is more likely.
