Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to a page that has drop down menus
2. Press Tab key to go through the form
3.
Actual Results:
Drop down menus never gain cursor focus
Expected Results:
The Drop-down menu should gain focus during the tab order. Note: Safari has this capability.

This is a Mac keyboard navigation setting. The tab key can be made to only focus certain elements, all focusable elements, or even none at all. You might want to check your system settings for this.

Yes.
Open the Keyboard & Mouse pref panel, click on the Keyboard Shortcuts
tab, and (at the bottom of the dialog) change "Full keyboard access"
from "Text boxes and lists only" (the default) to "All controls". If
necessary, restart Firefox.
Now, as you tab through this bug's page, you'll find that its
drop-down menus (aka comboboxes, e.g. "Status") will get the keyboard
focus.
