451545 - "Open" bug links in reports give the wrong list

When a report is generated with Products on Y axis and Resolution on X axis - the table has bug numbers in each category of resolution. The numbers are also links to get the list of those bugs. 
The first column lists the OPEN bugs for each product. Clicking the number-link in this column does not show the correct list

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Products which have some OPEN bugs
2.Create a Tabular table with Products on Y axis and RESOLUTION on X axis
3. Click on any item in the first column of the report table
Actual Results:  
The resulting page after clicking shows the "Total" number of bugs rather than the number which was clicked

Expected Results:  
Bugzilla should show the number of bugs which was clicked (i.e OPEN bugs)
