Press the drop button on an option menu to display the choices and
again to remove
them. A rectangular outline of the choice list is left
behind. It disappears when you
click in the browser. The same thing
happens when you make a choice from the list.

Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click an option menu's drop button.
2.Click it again.
3.Click eleswhere in the window.

Actual Results:
1. The list of choices is displayed.
2. The list of choices vanishes, leaving behind an outline.
3.
The outline vanishes.

Expected Results:  In step 2, no outline should remain.

Thanks for the clear report. This is actually HTML Form Controls, and I 
believe there is already a bug on this (but I can't find it, so maybe not).
