452024 - manual proxy configuration settings are not permanently storable

In connection settings, first select "Manual proxy configuration", input HTTP Proxy and Port, and check "Use this proxy server for all protocols". Save the settings and exit Firefox. Restart Firefox, enter the dialog again, uncheck "Use this proxy server for all protocols" and input SSL Proxy and Port (or FTP,Gopher, Socks), click OK to exit the dialog. When you enter the dialog again, the SSL Proxy and Port is blank.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "Tools->Options->Advanced->Settings", open "Connection settings" dialog
2.Select "Manual proxy configuration", fill in HTTP Proxy and Port, and check "Use this proxy server for all protocols", save the settings and exit Firefox
3.Enter "Connection settings" dialog again, uncheck "Use this proxy server for all protocols" and fill in SSL Proxy and Port, click to exit the dialog. When you enter the dialog again, the SSL Proxy and Port is blank.
Actual Results:  
Can not save and modify SSL,FTP,Gopher,SOCKS proxy configuration

i can confirm this behavior with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1a2pre) Gecko/20080824031931 & Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1a2pre) Gecko/20080818131059 Shredder/3.0b1pre ID:20080818131059

it does work in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.8.1.16) Gecko/20080702 Firefox/2.0.0.16 ID:2008070205 => regression

since there doesn't seem to be an easy workaround and the usercase of unchecking 'Use this proxy server for all protocols' isn't that uncommon i leave the severity as is.
