Since I upgraded to the latest Firefox Aug 28, I have been unable to email photos through my EasyShare software or send the invitation to view online. So I cannot share my photos. When I was downloading the upgrade - at the end I was asked something about Kodak Easyshare and I am sorry I do not remember what it said but the inference was that I needed to do this to make it work with the upgrade. So I said yes. Hasn't worked since.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Easyshare software and choose photo to email or share
2.If you chose email it will allow you to fill in the address etc but will not allow you to send the email
3.If you choose to send an invitation for the receiver to view your photos online..well it will not allow you to choose that
Actual Results:
Cannot send photos

Expected Results:
Should allow me to choose either send photo as attachment or share online

I am not terribly techy so that is the best I can do to describe it

Summary: affected Kodak Easyshare → affected Kodak Easyshare - cannot email or share photos
Firefox is a browser, how do you send emails with a browser ?
(or do you mean using webmail ?)

Well there are 2 aspects. 1. you choose to send by email with attachment and 2.
you chose to invite the receipient to view the pics on the Kodak Gallery.
Of course both involve sending an email.
The only reason I contacted Mozilla is because the problem happened immediately after I did the upgrade and at the end of the upgrade I was asked that question that I cannot remember with regards to Kodak EasyShare and clicked yes.
Kodak thinks there is something happening with regards to the security settings on my computer but could that have changed? I have not touched my security settings. I am just flailing around but will probably recontact Kodak.
And you don't talk about thunderbird, right ?
I have no idea why the upgrade to firefox would break in the Kodak software.

I don't know anything about thunderbird. I don't know why a Mozilla upgrade would do anything to Kodak is just the timing. And I cannot imagine how the upgrade would do anything to my security settings. What has happened as far as I can tell is the Software cannot connect to the Kodak gallery online or to email. Well they have all gone to bed now so I will try em tomorrow.
