Steps to reproduce:
1) Switch langpack to en-GB thru QA| Languages.
2) Quit and relaunch the app.
==> Nothing happens. Workaround is to create a new profile and launch.
Observed in Linux 071211-M17 bld

Since you own Western builds, would you please provide the en-GB (or DE) pack
depending on which one is more important to us.

Sent files to Tao. Files checked in under /m/src/ns/l10n/langpacks/en-DE
should make it into Builds soon.
Anna as soon as the files appear in the correct english M17 build (probably
24/7/00) can you ckeck that the locale switching is working. And/or get the
en-DE XPI from Laura and drop it into the build.
The mechanism for triggering a change has changed to that described by Bom-Shik.
The new switching mechanism is implemented by View|Set Language / Region.
The installed en-GB lang pak does not seem to have been picked up by the
2000-07-19-21-M17 complete install. Maybe this will be working in Monday's
build.

was mistaken in saying I cannot see other langpaks. I can see them now but this
crash bug is present.

Build info: Win98 - 2000-07-21-21-M17
Langpack options available: en-de, en-us (default)
Able to change langugage / region options freely in this build without app
crashing. However not all regional content is appearing - only the german home
page. Will check in tomorrows build.

This bug is for Linux only as marked at the top. Reopening as
the problem still happens w/ en-DE and ja-JP langpack in 7/24 bld.
