Details

This involves mostly detaching header dependencies, and making sure NSS proper always builds with the latest softoken headers, even when it may use an older FIPS validated softoken. In addition, NSS already dynamically loads softoken at start time. We could modify NSS to select a different shared library (that is the FIPS validated one) as the softoken it loads in FIPS mode.
Is any aspect of this bug not a duplicate of bug 360426 ?
