callable COMPONENT_REF, rev. 1

If you're in the C++ frontend, CALL_EXPR can have a COMPONENT_REF argument. This gets ironed out during gimplification, but I'd like to be able to use callable_arg_function_decl in process_cp_pre_genericize, so I've added a simple case statement to deal with it.
