I think I'll have a patch soon.

With this change I can run XHR tests again without failures.
The Windows failures are probably something else, but maybe the bug in that case
is also in httpd.js.

Now that POST can be tested in a bit better way, I can change XHR tests a bit.
I'll push this tomorrow
