We should have a generic article that explains users' options when Firefox is missing a feature they'd like to see.  Article should include:

- overview of add-ons and amo
- instructions on requesting the enhancement (hendrix?)

How are users going to arrive at this article?

I'm still skeptical about this. I don't know how users are going to find this article (Users will search for the name of the feature they want). And I'm afraid that users may come across this article when searching for a feature that Firefox does have.

We can seed the article where we like.  We can also set popular feature requests to redirect to it.  We could also keep it out of the search results and hard link it from places.

We could address the last concern by making the first suggestion to search the kb "Firefox may already have this feature," but I'm really not sure how this would happen, unless the article was poorly tagged.

The largest use case for this article is probably going to be a quick dump for forum and live chat contributors.  I think it'd be worth having it just for this and keeping it out of the search results if nothing else.
