Currently, on a site with an iframe, if you right click on this iframe and select "This frame", you have 3 options at the top: "Display this frame only", "Open frame in a new window", "Open frame in a new tab" (may not be the exact English text).
I don't know about others, but I've often found myself middle clicking the "Display this frame only" for nothing, and only just noticed the option to open the frame in a new tab today.

I propose we merge all these options to make things more simple, cleaner, and more consistent (albeit less discoverable for new users, I guess, but these users probably don't care about this option... I guess it's mostly for power users and web devs).
We'd only keep "Display this frame only", but middle clicking or Ctrl+clicking it would open it in a new tab, and shift+clicking it would open it in a new window.

Reproducible: Always
Component: Tabbed Browser → Menus
QA Contact: tabbed.browser → menus
OS: Windows Vista → All
Hardware: PC → All
I think we should keep all the menu items (for discoverability). I'm fine with the idea of making middle-clicking on "display this frame only" also work.
Severity: normal → S3
