Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.18pre) Gecko/2008091321 Sunbird/0.9 After the view redesign the drag-and-drop shadow color in the day/week is now a light gray. But in the multiweek/month view the color is still purple. In my opinion the colors should match in all views.
Patch with blue shadow for both views.

I think the grey colour is more associated with disabled or inactive so I would think the blue would be a more appropriate choice for this kind of activity.
