When pressing Enter in the profile manager, it crashes. It should open the 
selected profile, not crash.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Profile Manager
2. Normally, there is selected the default profile
3. Press enter
4. It crashed

Actual Results:  It crashed

Expected Results:  It should open the selected profile

Adding keyword crash, this happens only when I hit enter, it does not happen if
I use the mouse pointer to press the button. The reason is, that a device
context nsFontMetricsWin::RealizeFont() is 0. The CVS was about 06:00 2000-07-16.

This is not identical to bug 45616; the device context is there not involved. 
Please look on the stack trace.
