RFE for Conditional Sub-Filters so that a near identical Filter Rule would not need to be created for a slight variation on a filter.
For example: A filter that moves a message to a folder and conditionally marks it as read based on additional filter criteria - e.g. if from foo@bar move to folder aaa and mark as read if subject contains 'bbb'.
You can easily think of the current filter system as apply to a general 'class' of messages, with the proposed being able to match a 'sub-class' of those messages. I am primarily seeking the 'mark as read' action to have a conditional (e.g. mark as read if subject contains 'bbb'), but I am sure others would find it useful as well.
This solves the "problem" of having two filters that do nearly the same thing but with a slight difference:
Filter 1: if from foo@bar and subject contains 'bbb' move to 'aaa' and mark as read
Filter 2: if from foo@bar and subject does not contain 'bbb' move to 'aaa'
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Not currently possible.
Expected Results:
Have a single message filter that can perform multiple actions on the same message, each action having an optional additional filter for being perform - e.g. match once for a class of messages, match again for a sub-class of messages

This really should be a duplicate of bug 323773, pointed out to me by comment #11 for bug 418603. Bug 323773 matches my request a lot better.
