If the user pulls Fennec over to show the left panel and selects UI buttons there, they light up with a white flash when depressed. When the buttons on the right panel are selected, they do not do this. We should be consistent with this across the UI. Steps to Reproduce 1. Launch fennec 2. Slide the window to the right to show UI panel 3. Tap and hold the new tab button * Notice white flash 4. Slide the window to the left to show other UI panel. 5. Tap and hold bookmark star * Notice that the button simply depresses. This was found in Stuart's 20080918185520 build.

These hover effects are in the images themselves. Madhava, I guess we need new images from Sean?
