Hi Neskie, sorry for the lag.

I've taken a look at http://secpewt.sd73.bc.ca/firefox/, and there seem to be only a few translated strings so far. My tools for comparing language packs might not be totally current, and I only looked at browser.dtd to cross check. But basically, I saw 1% translated, and browser.dtd didn't convince me otherwise.

For upstreaming your work, you should focus on 3.1, we won't take new locales on older releases anymore. I suggest that you publish an hg repository of your work somewhere to gather more contributions. Looking at the names, I assume that you're already working on the source, right? The new sources are in hg, not in cvs anymore, read more about that on https://developer.mozilla.org/en/L10n_on_Mercurial.

There is going to be a branch for 3.1 soon, i.e., there's going to be a new repository URL, but this should help you get onto the hg train already.

As for numbers, we don't have strict numbers for when we take new localizations, but you're a good deal away still. Look at http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/?tree=fx31x for what the numbers of the other locales are. You can create those locally by running compare-locales, you'll find that on https://developer.mozilla.org/En/Compare-locales.
