Details

Update nagios checks to deal with outages (packet loss, etc) on the cn-proxy services.

These checks now have 10 max_attempts, and the retry_interval is now 3 minutes. So they should be paging us if the service doesn't recover in 30 minutes (which is what mrz wanted). If you are curious, the services have a _lossy suffix in NAGIOS/Services.pm.
