Loading the testcase triggers:
###!!! ASSERTION: Null out-of-flow for placeholder?: 'outOfFlow', file /Users/jruderman/central/layout/base/../generic/nsPlaceholderFrame.h, line 175
The testcase uses the CSS/SVG filter syntax with HTML/XUL, so I'm guessing this has something to do with the fix for bug 450340.
Gary Kwong found this bug and I helped reduce the testcase.
