manually expanding tiny window shows just "Firefox" in title bar and rest of window blank.
Reproducible: Always

1.Select Edit, then Preference.

just got tiny window
Expected Results:
preference window
The system just upgrade recently so this may be conflict. I will reboot to see if results are the same.

fixed is only used if there is a patch to the FF source in the bug, marking wfm instead
