Click on firefox shortcut.  Updater runs.  Fails. Error message:update failed. make sure no other copy of firefox running.  When message closed, tries to update again with same result.  Stuck in loop and cannot get firefox to open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on firefox icon.

Actual Results:  
Just start firefox.  Stuck in loop.

Expected Results:  
Error message appears that update failed.  That another copy of firefox is running.

update addons and opened browser.

Did you checked in the windows taskmanager(process tab) that no Firefox.exe is runnung ?
Did you try a reboot ?

Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode. You are trying to update to 3.0.3, correct?
